Owned by the Housing Authority of Lebanon County, Stevens Towers is an eleven-story, 100-unit apartment building for the elderly located in downtown Lebanon, PA. Renovations included upgrades to existing apartments and the conversion of 40 efficiency apartments into 20 one or two-bedroom apartments with special features for residents with mobility limitations. Knowledge, experience, and an excellent rapport between the client and our professionals led to a significant increase in the scope of work for this project, involving major mechanical and electrical infrastructure upgrades.
